Meet Mark Adams, the Associate Broker who's passionate about pups and properties. Mark heads up Mark Adams & Associates, a team of dedicated real estate professionals who specialize in helping families move into and out of the Richmond area. 

When he's not busy helping folks buy or sell properties, you can find him meeting with his team, brainstorming their next big client event, or just sharing a meal at one of their favorite lunch spots.

Mark also loves to unleash his creativity with woodworking projects big and small.  When he's not hammering away in his workshop, he's out on the water, relaxing or reeling in a catch. Mark is also a devoted volunteer at Commonwealth Christian Academy, where he teaches a woodshop class that's makes his students doggone happy.

Of course, Mark's number one sidekick is none other than his loyal office helper, Bunny (or "Bun Bun" for short). Whether they're out shooting a ​B​unny ​A​bout ​T​own video, leading the pack at one of their pack walks, or snuggled up at home, these two are the best of friends.

While Mark likes to have fun, he's also serious about his real estate business and dedicated to helping ​t​he families ​h​e's ​served​ over the last 24 years. Oh boy, oh boy, let's introduce you to Lisa Adams, our top dog when it comes to running the show at Mark Adams & Associates. When she's not busy keeping everything in check, she's either snuggling up to her feline family or capturing pics of Bunny, her goofy pup. Lisa has a big heart for all creatures great and small, even those eight-legged critters (spiders) that creep in uninvited. She'll kindly show them the door, unharmed, no bones about it.

Lisa's got a nose for adventure, a passion for growing organic veggies, and devouring fiction, and she loves trying new recipes with the bounty from her garden. Mark is her willing taste tester and volunteer sous-chef. When she's not being a homebody, you might catch her howling with her book club or organizing a pack walk for the RVA Dog Pack at a local park. 

Lisa's been the team's operation manager since 1999 and has done a doggone great job of supporting the listing side since 2002. From paw-some communication skills with clients to listing homes in the MLS, Lisa knows how to fetch results.

Meet Bunny, the tough-as-nails pup who's got the heart of a lion and the squishy exterior of a marshmallow. Born in September 2021, this furball has been through it all, with not one, not two, but three surgical procedures under her belt (read here). But don't let that fool you - she's a fighter, and she doesn't let anything get her down. 

Bunny is a total goofball, with a heart of gold and a love for everyone and everything. She doesn't even chase the bunnies that eat Lisa's plants. She loves meeting new people and she loves leading the pack on the RVA ​D​og ​P​ack ​tre​ks. Dogs, cats, humans - you name it, she'll snuggle up with all of them. And, don't even get us started on her obsession with cat toys.​ She likes stealing them as much as she likes eating them. Sorry Pete and Ernie.​ 

Despite some invasive surgeries, Bunny is always up for a good time. She loves exploring new pup-friendly neighborhoods, helping Mark in his business by starring in his videos and pointing out pup-friendly features in his listings, and she loves to lend a paw in his woodshop as he creates beautiful things for Lisa's garden.

Bunny loves being with her humans​ and feline siblings​. Whether she's running alongside Mark's bike, entertaining the family with her unusual sound effects, working alongside Mark in his office, or just hanging out with her family, Bunny is an easy-going pup always ready for a new adventure. 

 Meet Amy Baker, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and a member of our pack since 2004. As a Richmond native, she knows all the best spots to sniff out in RVA's housing market. Amy has a keen sense of smell for finding the perfect den for her clients and loves nothing more than when they finally find their dream home. 

Not only is Amy a people person, but she's also a pup person too! She's always on the lookout for great dog-friendly restaurants and activities for every furry friend's taste and interest. When she's not busy pointing folks towards a great home, you can find her exploring Richmond with her husband, her kiddos, and her pups.

In her spare time, Amy loves to sniff out the latest design trends, lap up some wine, and cook up a storm in her Richmond home. She's the team's very own Julia Child, always cooking up treats that make everyone's tails wag. 

Meet Chloe, a key member of our team who loves nothing more than joining our mascot Bunny on outdoor adventures! Chloe is a talented photographer who captures all of Bunny's wild and woolly escapades for our Bunny About Town series. Whether we're exploring Chesterfield or sniffing out the Far West End, Chloe is always ready with her trusty camera.

But Chloe's talents don't stop there - she's also an ace when it comes to managing our clients' transactions and keeping our social media presence on point. From Facebook to Instagram and YouTube, Chloe keeps our pack connected and engaged. With her keen eye for detail, Chloe is always ready to capture those special moments between family and friends. 

In her downtime, you can find Chloe relaxing with a salty snack and a good book. Chloe is an invaluable member of our team, bringing boundless energy and a playful spirit to everything she does!
